MUMBAI: The Central Railway will run eight special trains between Nasik and Bikaner/Jaipur to clear the extra rush of pilgrims during Kumbha Mela, an official from CR headquarters here said.
Train number 04731 will leave Bikaner at 8.40 pm on August 27 and September 11 and will arrive Nasik Road at 2.40 am on the third day.
Train number 04732 will leave Nasik Road at 10.30 pm on August 29 and September 13 and will arrive Bikaner at 5.50 am on third day. It will have halts at Nokha, Nagaur, Merta Road Jn., Jodhpur Jn., Luni Jn., Pali Marwar, Marwar Jn., Falna, Abu Road, Palanpur Jn., Mahesana Jn., Ahmedabad Jn., Nadiad Jn., Anand Jn., Vadodara Jn., Bharuch Jn., Surat, Vapi, Vasai Road, Kalyan and Igatpuri.
Similarly, Train number 09701 special will leave Jaipur at 8.30 am on September 17 and 24 and will arrive Nasik Road at 10.20 am next day. Train number 09702 will leave Nasik Road at 10.30 pm on September 18 and 25 and will arrive Jaipur at 12.45 am on third day.
