BREAK DARSHAN TIME CHANGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF COMMON DEVOTEES- TTD CHAIRMAN
TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy said on Thursday that the Break Darshan timings have been changed with the objective of providing early Srivari Darshan for common devotees waiting overnight in the compartments.
Speaking to the media in front of Srivari temple the Chairman said from, December 01 onwards the VIP Break Darshan has been shifted to 8.00 am in the morning and almost 8000 common devotees had Srivari Darshan in the slot vacant in the morning between 6 am and 7.30 am.
He said the VIP Break Darshan timings have been altered on an experimental basis and the same will be reviewed after a month. The shifting of Break Darshan has provided two to three hours slots benefitting nearly 15,000 devotees.
Secondly, he said henceforth the break Darshan devotees could travel to Tirumala during the time for Darshan which will reduce pressure on accommodation at Tirumala.
