Woman sustains injuries after idol falls on her in Bhadradri temple | Deccan Chronicle
Bhadrachalam: An idol of lion fell on a woman devotee in Bhadradri temple on Sunday. P. Srilaxmi, of Gampalapadu in Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh, sustained injuries and was shifted to hospital.
A one-and-a-half kilo cement piece broke from the Bhadra temple located near the main temple and fell on the woman. The sprucing of Bhadra temple was done in recent years. The officials of the temple informed about the incident to the higher officials, who directed them to send a report.
