TTD: CCTV footage shows No devotee was manhandled by Security
The TTD has denied charges of manhandling any devotee. In a press release issued on Wednesday, the TTD said the devotee in question, Mr. Padmanabham, entered into a verbal arguments with the on duty TTD women security guards manning the checking point after having entered the queue lines meant for the women and suddenly collapsed on the floor.

It was the TTD’s security personnel who rushed him to the SV Cardiac centre at the Aswini hospital in an ambulance, from where he was shifted down to the SVIMS super speciality hospital at Tirupati for a better medical care, it claimed.
The note claimed that the CCTV footage did not show any kind of manhandling or fisticuffs to have taken place between both the parties.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that the Tirumala police have taken three persons, including two private security guards and a Special Protect Force constable, into custody and registered cases under IPC section 323,341,506,307 read with 31.
