Gujarat govt spends Rs 16.45 crore for Somnath development in two years: Minister | Desh Gujarat
Gandhinagar: According to the minister for Pilgrim places development Dilipkumar Thakor, the State government has spent Rs 16.45 crore in last two years for the development of Somnath Mahadev Mandir.
In reply to question in the assembly during question hour, the minister further said, Rs 13.32 lakh was spent for organic waste converter machine, Rs 1.80 crorewere spent for light and sound show in Mandir campus, Rs 7.31 crore was sent for Somnath cave and museum construction and development, Rs 7.21 crore was spent for Bhalka Tirth infrastructure development. In total Rs 1645.49 lakh was spent for the development of Jyotirlinga Somnath.
