Hindu Killed in Broad Daylight in Mysore for Stopping Illegal Construction of Mosque; Mysore Tense – Satyameva Jayate
In Mysore city of Karnataka, Raju, a BJP and VHP worker was attacked by sickles by some men on bikes. Raju died on the spot. According to some reports, the attack on Raju happened as he was instrumental in getting a temple built in Kyathamaranahalli locality.
Another report suggests that he stopped the illegal construction of a mosque in the same area and was hence, killed in broad daylight when he was standing near Netaji circle of Mysore.
The second report has been suggested as a reason by Mysore MP Pratap Simha. Here’s what the BJP MP said:
National media has decided to be silent about the death of a Hindu, as always. Had this been a Muslim or Christian, India would have been termed intolerant within a minute and Obama would feed sad about what Mahatma Gandhi would have felt if he was alive today. Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal would have visited him yesterday itself. Rahul Gandhi would have done a 2 hour fast till death.
Protests erupt in Mysore
But, why not the same thing for Hindus?
Why are Hindu lives expendable? Or is stopping an illegal construction wrong? Or is proper construction of a temple wrong?
