Yogi Adityanath hints ‘soon’ starting of Ayodhya Ram Temple at inauguration of Raipur Ram Temple.
The prominent Hindu face of BJP and its MP from Gorakhpur, Yogi Adityanath today said the hurdles on the path of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya will be gradually removed and its construction will start “soon”.
The present Chief of Gorakh Nath Temple of Gorakhpur and Head of Nath Sampradyaya also indicates that PM Modi is leading Bharat towards a Rama Rajya.
It is believed that Chhattisgarh was Lord Ram’s ‘nanihal‘ (his mother Kaushlya’s maternal home). According to ‘jyotishi manyata’ (astrology), when the Lord will settle at his ‘nanihal’, it would automatically pave the way for the construction of a (Ram) temple (in Ayodhya). “The hurdles on the path of construction of a grand Ram temple will be gradually removed and its construction will soon start in Ayodhya,” he added. The Lok Sabha MP from Gorakhpur was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of inaugural ceremony of a Ram temple constructed on the VIP Road in the outskirts of state capital Raipur.
The 44-year-old MP’s comments on Ram temple in Ayodhya came ahead of the Assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh. Adityanath said taking lessons from the life of Lord Ram, every section of society should march together for nation-building. “Maryada Purushottam Ram (one who epitomes righteousness) spent his life establishing social harmony and equality.
Likewise for nation-building, there is a need to take every section of society, including Dalits, vanvasis (tribals) and other backward castes, together. “Our biggest responsibility is to embrace our brothers (people from socially oppressed sections) and establish harmony in society,” he said. Chhattisgarh Governor Balramji Das Tandon and Chief Minister Raman Singh, among others, were present on the occasion.
While asked about the results of coming UP election, Yogi said, “It will be a spectacular victory of the people believe in Lord Rama and his ideals.”
Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh declares that the present VIP Road, on which the largest Rama Temple is stalled, will be known as Ram Mandir Marg.
The pranpratishtha (enlivenment) samaroh was conducted by the vedic priests over 3 hours uninterrupted Hindu rituals and the Ram Darbar (the royal seat of Lord Rama) was opened at 11 am sharp before lakhs of devotees amidst the cheer of Rama Sankirtana (chanting the holy names of Lord Rama).
At least 1 lakh devotees and sadhus got ‘mahaprasadam‘ (grand food sacraments) in Bhandara (special arrangement), as claimed by the organising committee. The Bhandra was started at 12 noon and continued upto night.
It is claimed that Raipur Ram Temple as a largest in Chhattisgarh with a cost of 15 crores, with temple height of 108 feet, with 10 feet high idols made in Rajasthan.
Devotees from local areas, Bastar, Bhopal, Maharashtra, Odisha, Gujarat, Delhi also joined in the programme.
Hindu Monks and dignitaries like Sant Vijay Kaushal Maharaj (Virndavan), Mahamandleshwar Swami Govind Devgiri (Pune),Mahamandleshwar Swami Paramatmananda (Rajkot), Mahamandleshwar Swami Gyanananda Maharaj (Varanasi), Baba Kalyan Das Maharaj (Amarkantak), Sri Yudhisthir Lal Sahib (Sadani Darbar Raipur), Sri Indresh Kumar (RSS), Sri Jewel Oran, Sri Vishnudev Say (Central Ministers) and many others graced the function.
