Ujjain: Shwetambar Jain community celebrates 74th birth anniversary of Navratna Sagarji | FPJ

Ujjain: The 74th birth anniversary of Navratna Sagarji Maharaj was celebrated on Wednesday, by the members of the Shwetambar Jain community under the guidance of Vishwaratna Sagarji.

A procession held on the occasion from Kharakuan Pedhi, was attended by hundreds of followers coming from Gujarat, Rajasthan and other cities of Madhya Pradesh. Vishwaratna Sagarji threw light on the life of Navratna Sagarji Maharaj.

Secretary of the temple Jayantilal Telwala and media in charge Rahul Katariya said bhajan singers from Mumbai and Ahmadabad, Narendra Vanigota and Trilok Modi rendered soulful bhajans at event.

Energy Minister Paras Jain, Prakash Sanghavi, Promod Jain Bhaya, Rajendra Vashishth and other prominent individuals of Ujjain including Mahendra Siroliya, Gautamchand Dhing, Pukhraj Chopra, Abhay Mehta, Naresh Bhandari, Rajesh Patni, Sanjay Nahar also attended the celebrations.
