Special cover to mark Attukal Pongala
Thiruvananthapuram: To mark the occasion of Attukal Pongala, the Postal department has brought out a special postal cover and postal director Thomas Lourduraj handed over the first cover to ABTT secretary Sisupalan Nair under the aegis of the Thiruvananthapuram South Division.
Thiruvananthapuram South Division superintendent Padmakumar and others participated in the function. The special cover costs Rs 100 and would be made available at the Philately Bureau of the Thiruvananthapuram GPO and also at the India Post pavilion near the Attukaal temple.
