DUMKA: President Pranab Mukherjee will visit the temple town of Deoghar and the site of erstwhile Vikramshila University in Bhagalpur in Bihar on April 2 and 3 respectively, as per the recent communique issued by the Rastrapati Bhawan.
On his arrival in Deoghar, the President will offer puja at Baidyanath Dham temple, before inaugurating the solar light project along the 44 km stretch between Deoghar and Basukinath, in Dumka district.
Mukherjee will also lay the foundation stone of the highly ambitious centre of Software and Technology Park of India (STPI) at Jasidih, apart from the laying the foundation of a hospital of Employees state insurance corporation at Karon block of Deoghar district.
