Maddi Anjaneya Temple gets Rs 1.54 lakh income | The Hans India

Dwaraka Tirumala: Sri Maddi Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Guravayagudem has received an income of Rs 1.54 lakh through the sale of tickets of Pooja, Prasadam and donations for Annadanam, according to temple Executive Officer Penmetsa Viswanatha Raju and the Temple Trust Board chairman Indukuri Rangaraju.

They said that Maddi Anjaneya Swamy Temple had witnessed heavy rush on Tuesday, the auspicious day for Lord Anjaneya.  They said G Muni Venkata Subba Rao of Visakhapatnam donated Rs 50,000 for the Nityannadanam Scheme of the Devasthanam.

On Tuesday, Annadanam was conducted to about 748 devotees. Through Pooja tickets’ sale,  a sum of Rs 20,811, Prasadams Rs 42,240, Photos and Yantras of Lord Anjaneya Rs 7,350 were received, they informed.About Rs 82,776 received as donations for Annadanam, they added.
